The SEVEN ELEVEN chain entered the Israeli market in 2022. It is the world’s leading retail chain, with over 85,000 branches worldwide. The American brand launched 10 branches in Israel.

Algorax fully integrated digital solutions into the chain’s local branches. This included the use of ambiance screens, informational displays, shelf screens for price display, and digital price tags for products in freezers.

The entire system was deployed with full integration, enabling all screens to communicate with one another and display synchronized content. The solution included back-office tools and content management services for rapid design and deployment of promotional materials, quick informational videos, and announcements.

Additionally, the system allowed minute-by-minute control over content: what content would appear, on which screen, at what time, on which day, and in which store. This level of content management optimization helps boost sales and improves the overall customer experience.

Representatives from the international chain visited Israel to witness the Smart Shelf solution in action. These screens, seamlessly integrated into the shelving, always display the current price of the product directly above them, while also playing videos and additional content as needed-ranging from supplier advertisements to store-specific promotions.

Another key feature that greatly benefited the chain was the ability to easily update or change price tags using a handheld scanner-without any pre-programming-allowing for fast and efficient price management.
